1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unbound Home, LLC ("Unbound," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our internet, television streaming, and smart home security services (the "Services"). By activating, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Plans & Pricing

Month-to-Month Plans: All Unbound plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with no early termination fees.

5-Year Price Guarantee: Your monthly service rate will not increase for five (5) years from your service activation date, provided your account remains in good standing and you do not change your plan. Add-on equipment and additional services are subject to their own pricing terms.

Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance. Your billing date is set upon service activation. Late payments may result in service suspension. Returned payments may incur a $25 fee.

Autopay: Enrolling in autopay authorizes us to charge your payment method on file automatically each billing cycle.

3. Installation & Equipment

Professional Installation: Installation is provided at no charge with all plans. A certified Unbound technician will install and configure all required equipment at your service address.

Equipment Ownership: All network equipment (routers, antennas, receivers) provided by Unbound remains the property of Unbound Home, LLC. Smart home devices (cameras, door locks, doorbells) purchased as add-ons become your property upon full payment.

Damage: You are responsible for damage to Unbound-owned equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or tampering. Normal wear and tear is covered at no charge.

Return of Equipment: Upon service termination, you must return all Unbound-owned equipment within 14 days. Unreturned equipment may be charged at replacement cost.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized bulk communications
  • Resell internet access without written authorization
  • Conduct port scanning, network intrusion, or denial-of-service attacks
  • Operate servers providing commercial hosting services without prior written consent

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

5. Internet Service

No Data Caps: All Unbound internet plans include unlimited data with no throttling based on usage.

Speed: Advertised speeds represent maximum potential speeds under optimal conditions. Actual speeds may vary due to network congestion, distance from tower, device capabilities, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific speeds.

Network Management: We reserve the right to implement reasonable network management practices to maintain service quality for all customers, including during periods of network congestion.

6. Television & Streaming

TV streaming services are subject to content availability and licensing agreements. Channel lineups and streaming app availability may change with 30 days notice. We are not liable for interruptions in third-party streaming service availability (Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, etc.).

7. Smart Home Security

Smart home security features (cameras, door locks, doorbells) are supplemental safety tools and do not constitute a monitored security service unless you have enrolled in a separate professional monitoring plan. Unbound is not responsible for losses resulting from equipment malfunction, connectivity outages, or unauthorized access to devices caused by customer misuse. Cloud recording availability is subject to your current plan and storage limits.

8. Service Interruptions

We strive for 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to maintenance, weather, equipment failure, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and provide notice of planned maintenance when possible. Service credits for outages exceeding 24 hours are available upon request.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by calling 855-508-6440 or emailing support@unboundhome.net. Service continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. If you enrolled under a promotional offer with minimum service requirements, early cancellation fees may apply as disclosed at signup.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNBOUND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO UNBOUND IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property or unauthorized access to our network. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days advance notice of material changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
